A compact bare-metal Kubernetes cluster that grew out of a copy of the old one — three OVH nodes today, eight at peak, joined by a WireGuard mesh.

The cluster started as a copy of the previous one and became ProdMedia's own platform: client sites, internal tools, databases, mail, monitoring, CI, and a private registry — on metal we own, deployed reproducibly from source.
